Young was hospitalised on December thirty last year and placed on life support.
She was started out life support and placed below hospice care reception on Gregorian calendar month nine.
Having won a clutch of titles with the National Wrestling Association, she joined the then-WWF in 1999 and took half in many live and pay-per-view events, showing typically in comedic skits together with her friend The Fabulous cabbage.
"There can ne'er be another Mae Young," WWE Chairman and corporate executive Vince McMahon aforesaid.
"Her longevity in sports recreation might ne'er be matched, and that i can forever be grateful for all of her contributions to the trade.
"On behalf of WWE, I extend our sincerest condolences to her family and friends.
Her ninetieth birthday was celebrated last year on the March four edition of old-fashioned Raw.
After the show, WWE boss Vince McMahon and COO Triple H given her with a WWE Divas Championship duplicate and declared her "Forever The Divas Champion".
