Google has proclaimed plans to shop for thermostat maker Nest Labs for $3.2bn (£2bn), continued a string of recent acquisitions.Google aforesaid the money deal was expected to be completed within the next few months.
California-based Nest Labs was supported by 2 former Apple executives.It produces a thermostat capable of learning user behaviour and dealing out whether or not a building is occupied or not, victimization temperature, humidity, activity and light-weight sensors.
The firm can still be pass by chief government Tony Fadell and maintain its own distinct identity, Google aforesaid during a statement.

iPod 'father'
Mr Fadell was head of Apple's music division till he left the firm in 2008.He is called the "father of the iPod" for his work on the primary eighteen generations of Apple's music player and was conjointly concerned within the hardware style of the initial iPhone.
